This privacy policy describes how Quicknotefr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 932 187 654, whose registered office is located at 12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France, collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to quicknotefr.com.
2. Data collected
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide via the contact or registration forms: first name, last name, e-mail address, as well as technical data necessary for the operation of the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
3. Purposes of processing
Your data are processed in order to respond to your requests for information about the programme, to send you the list of projects available in your region, and to improve the quality of our services. No data are used for third-party commercial canvassing without your prior consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act.
5. Retention period
Data collected via forms are retained for three (3) years from the last active contact. Technical logs are retained for thirteen (13) months in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

7. Data recipients
Your data are strictly reserved for Quicknotefr SAS and its technical subcontractors (hosting, e-mail delivery) located within the European Union. No transfer outside the EU is carried out without appropriate safeguards.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, backups) to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
